Desert Drama Match 3

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Desert Drama Match 3 handles, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Effective: September 15, 2026

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

East Valley Software, LLC (we, us, or our) develops and publishes Desert Drama Match 3 (the Game). This Privacy Policy covers the Game, its related support, and the Desert Drama pages on eastvalleysoftware.com.

The Game does not require an account, and we do not ask you to provide directly identifying personal information to play. If analytics is enabled, we collect limited technical and gameplay-usage information that is not designed to identify you by name.

2. Information handled on your device

The Game stores gameplay information locally on your device, including progress, settings, purchase fulfillment status, and onboarding and consent choices. This information is used to operate the Game and preserve your progress.

Local game data is protected using security safeguards appropriate to the information. Clearing the Game's storage or uninstalling the Game deletes this local data. Because the Game has no player accounts or cloud-save service, deleted local progress generally cannot be restored.

3. Analytics information

Analytics collection is disabled until you accept the opening consent in the Game. If enabled, the Game uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand whether the Game works well and how players use it. The categories of information may include:

  • a randomly generated app-instance identifier and general device, operating-system, app-version, language, and country-level information;
  • game screens, features, and onboarding interactions;
  • gameplay progress and activity; and
  • shop and purchase-fulfillment interactions.

We do not send your name, email address, messages, payment-card information, or detailed game-board data through our custom analytics events. The Game disables collection of advertising identifiers and ad-personalization signals, and we do not use analytics to serve advertising.

4. Purchases

Optional in-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive limited transaction information needed to validate, fulfill, support, and prevent duplicate fulfillment of a purchase.

Google processes payment, account, tax, fraud-prevention, and order information under its own policies. We do not receive your full payment-card details. See the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Website and support communications

Our website does not use advertising or behavioral-analytics cookies. Like most hosted websites, our hosting and security provider may automatically process technical request information, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the site.

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, and any troubleshooting details. Please do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information in a support message.

6. How we use information

We use information described in this policy to:

  • provide, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Game and website;
  • save local progress and fulfill optional purchases;
  • measure performance and improve gameplay, balance, and usability;
  • respond to support and privacy requests; and
  • comply with law, prevent fraud, and protect our rights and users.

We do not sell personal information.

7. When information is shared

We use service providers only as needed to operate the Game and site, including Google for Firebase Analytics and Google Play purchases, Cloudflare for website delivery and security, and our email provider for support communications. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, enforce our terms, investigate fraud or security issues, protect safety or rights, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets subject to appropriate safeguards.

8. Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the Game's storage or uninstall it. Minimal support records are kept only as long as needed to answer the request, maintain reasonable business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Analytics event and user-level data is ordinarily retained for up to 14 months, after which it is deleted or aggregated, subject to Google's processing timelines and any shorter period we configure. Aggregated or de-identified reporting may be kept longer because it does not identify a particular player.

You may request access to or deletion of information associated with you by emailing help@eastvalleysoftware.com. Because the Game has no accounts and we intentionally collect little identifying information, we may be unable to connect a request to a particular analytics record. We may ask for limited information to verify and process a request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

9. Security

Security is a core design priority. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we handle, including protected local storage, restricted data collection, secure network transport, and limited access. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

10. Children

The Game and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information through the Game, website, or support, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate. A parent or guardian should supervise purchases by a minor and use Google Play's available parental controls.

11. International processing

East Valley Software, LLC is based in Arizona, United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards for international transfers. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent and complain to a privacy regulator.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the Game, our practices, or the law changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where required.

Privacy questions and requests may be sent to East Valley Software, LLC at help@eastvalleysoftware.com.
